The Offering

This container is based on a body-mind approach to self-exploration and transformation. It is an initiation into your fully sovereign, creative, and self-actualised version.

It is an invitation to live more deeply, sensually awakened, and connected to your body and the earth in order to become a voice of love and wisdom. It is about outgrowing who you thought you were being in order to create a new relationship to life, other beings and yourself.

You can imagine it as a portal to a new life: to walk with grace, compassion and strength, playfully and in care for yourself, the earth and other beings - ready to step up and share your magic.

This means saying yes to the end of one way of life. Yes to the death of playing small. Yes to radical self-responsibility. Yes to a life full of expression, creation and freedom.

Are you ready to move from your head into heart, to soften, and to listen to the whispers of life and your soul? To surrender and open up to the ecstasy of the present moment?

In the 12 weeks together you will receive:

  • Seven 90-min body-based coaching calls

  • Voxer support between calls

  • Rituals, teachings and practices to support and deepen your journey

The Scope

12 weeks together. We'll meet bi-weekly over zoom for our live calls and you will have access to me through Voxer to share and receive support between calls.

This means you have somebody supporting and holding space for you outside of your friendships, family and romantic partner, so you can show up more fully to life, business, and relationships.

The time together is a rite of passage, allowing the old you to die in order to give birth to the new. It is the creation of an expanded state of consciousness.

You are entering a portal to a new way of life, which is not an overnight transition. The process has it’s own timing and works with you deeply, slowly, and mysteriously.

Therefore, integration is just as imperative as the activation itself. It’s not a quick fix, what matters is not a goal but the trust and presence you bring into the process.

My work is based on a body-mind-spirit approach, weaving together elements of spiritual philosophy including non-dual tantric teachings, creativity and self-expression, feminine mysteries, holistic coaching methods, and earth-based wisdom. Your own inner knowing, guidance and intuition, however, will always lead the way.
