Why things plateau - even when you’ve done the work
Most people try to change their lives from one side only.
They either focus on healing and awareness, or they push for external results. Both matter. But neither creates lasting change on its own.
Inner work alone is not enough.
You can understand your patterns, feel your emotions, and see where your past is still alive in you. But if your decisions, relationships, business, visibility, money, and leadership still arise from the same survival identity, your external life will eventually reorganise itself around the familiar.
External action alone is not enough either.
You can change your strategy, refine your business, become more visible, take new action, and make different decisions. But if the identity underneath has not shifted, the same limits return in new forms.

This is how survival keeps recreating reality.

Root-Level Work
2 × BodyMind Maturation coaching and teaching sessions per month.
This is the deep maturation work.
We work with the identity you have taken yourself to be, the past held in the body-mind, and the survival patterns shaping how you love, lead, create, receive, express yourself, and relate to life.
This is where the old “someone” becomes visible.
The part of you that reacts, protects, avoids, over-gives, contracts, hides, performs, or keeps recreating the familiar.
Through the BodyMind Maturation process, what has been frozen in the body-mind can begin to complete, dissolve, and mature.
Creative Leadership Labs
1 × Creative Leadership Lab per month.
This is where the work meets your actual life.
Your relationships, business, money, visibility, creative projects, decisions, and results become part of the process.
We look at the external world you are currently creating and what needs to be outgrown for you to create the results you desire.
This can include the conversation you are avoiding, the price you are not raising, the decision you keep postponing, the boundary you need to put down, the work you are not sharing, the structure that needs to change, or the risk your future is asking from you.
This is where you mature and flourish into a powerful leader of your life.
Beyond the Known is a deep maturation process for lasting transformation across every area of your life - from relationships to business.
The 6-Month Process
Phase One: Making the Invisible Visible
In the first part of the programme, we begin to see what has been running underneath the surface.
You start to distinguish the identity that gets activated in your relationships, business, money, visibility, decisions, and leadership. This is the “someone” who wakes up into a world that already feels a certain way.
The one who feels behind, unseen, unsafe, not ready, not enough, unsupported, too much, or like she has to hold everything together.
This phase is about seeing that this is not who you truly are.
Phase Two: Outgrowing Survival
As the work deepens, you dissolve what has been frozen in the system without trying to fix it, change it, manage it, or get rid of it.
You begin to meet the anxiety, contraction, grief, anger, fear, tension, collapse, or protection as frozen time in the body-mind, rather than as the truth of your current reality.
This is where the past can begin to move, mature, and complete.
As this happens, your relationship to yourself, your mind, your body, and reality itself begins to shift. You are no longer only trying to improve the old identity. You are beginning to outgrow the identity that has been recreating the familiar.
Phase Three: Conscious Creation
In the final phase, the work moves directly into the life you are creating.
This is where you begin to flourish as a mature leader of your life and business, and discover a new relationship to personal power, responsibility, and conscious creation.
We look at your external reality as a mirror of who you are being: your relationships, business, money, visibility, body, creative projects, structures, and the results you are currently generating.
Here, you begin to shift your relationship to the world you live in and the results you create. Your vision starts to take form through clearer decisions, stronger leadership, creative projects, financial revenue, launches, and the actions that make your desires real.

This is not a programme where your life stays outside the room.

Meet Martina Christina
Martina Christina is an ontological mentor, BodyMind Maturation™ practitioner, and medicine musician working at the intersection of trauma integration, human development, and embodied leadership.
Her work has been featured on Swiss national television, reflecting her growing voice in the field of sound, consciousness, and human transformation.
She has completed long-term training in BodyMind Maturation™ and works through the application of clinical ontology, supporting human beings to see and outgrow the survival patterns shaping how they relate, lead, create, love, receive, and experience life.
She is currently a mentor within the Alchemy of Being Academy by Nicky Clinch.
Before moving into this field, Martina worked in a global technology career, bringing a grounded understanding of leadership, business, systems, and the modern working world. She later co-founded Healing Sounds Zurich.
Alongside her mentoring work, she is a medicine musician, offering her work at international festivals, local events, private spaces, and in corporate contexts. Her work is informed by ongoing engagement with ancestral traditions, including walking the path of Camino Rojo.
Martina works internationally and is currently based between Mexico and Switzerland.

No. You do not need previous experience with BodyMind Maturation to join Beyond the Known. You do need to be open to deep inner work, honest self-inquiry, and a process that works with both the body and mind.

This programme is created for people who have often already done a lot of therapy, coaching, somatic work, or personal development, and can still see where the same patterns keep returning. The focus here is not more information, but root-level maturation and real-life integration.

You will have 2 BodyMind Maturation sessions per month, 1 Creative Leadership Lab per month, and ongoing WhatsApp support. The deeper commitment is not only the calls, but your willingness to commit to your own maturation and bring the work into your actual life, choices, relationships, and actions.
