About Martina Christina

Martina Christina was born and raised in Switzerland between two distinct worlds: a mother devoted to spiritual teaching and retreats, and a father dedicated to entrepreneurship and freedom. From an early age, she absorbed both orientations: the pursuit of inner depth and the drive to create in the world.

Her journey has crossed industries and continents. At fifteen, she lived in the Dominican Republic, expanding her view of culture and aliveness.

She began her career in banking before moving to Miami, where she confronted the consequences of distraction and numbing. Refocusing, she earned a degree in International Management, studied in Australia, and worked with Adidas before moving into the technology sector. In cybersecurity, she advanced quickly toward a global leadership trajectory.

At the same time, Martina co-founded Healing Sounds Zürich, a brand that brought sound journeys and mindfulness to hundreds.

Eventually, she faced a decision: continue rising in the corporate system, or step into the unknown. She chose the latter, committing fully to entrepreneurship.

She immersed herself in Mexico, Guatemala, and Spain, where she studied plant medicine and ancestral traditions.. She also undertook professional training in BodyMind maturation and clinical ontology, grounding into expertise in trauma integration and human behaviour.

Today, she works with individuals, leaders, teams, and organisations through transformational coaching, experiential workshops, retreats, and corporate well-being experiences.

At the core of my work is the inquiry into what shapes human behaviour at the root: the unconscious patterns, protection mechanisms, early imprints, and body-mind structures that influence how we perceive, lead, relate, create, and move through life.

Alongside private work and international retreats, she collaborates with corporates, leadership teams, festivals, and global facilitators, and has been featured on national television and international stages.

Based between Zürich and Mexico, working internationally.

Her work integrates ontology, trauma integration, and ancestral wisdom, guiding leaders, seekers and human beings to expand their consciousness and step into new possibilities of leadership, creativity, and impact.
