A home for inner and outer exploration, bringing together an inspiring community of like-minded people seeking to heal, grow and connect. We combine stillness and motion, relaxation and stimulation, introspection and play - creating a safe space to experience the full spectrum of human existence.

The ceremonies are offered in-person, depending on where on the globe I am located, as well as online.

  • Sound Bath

    In Sound Healing frequencies are used to improve our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The use of high-vibrational instruments create vibrations in our bodies that allow us to enter into a highly relaxed state of mind and being. Levels of intimacy and ease are uncovered within the body, releasing blockages, tension, anxiety, and pain.

  • Cacao Ceremony

    Often called the food of the gods, cacao is a sacred plant medicine used in ceremony to open the heart, awaken the senses, and deepen connection to self, others, and the natural world.
    In spaces held with medicine music and elemental ritual, cacao becomes a bridge between the seen and unseen, head and heart.
