My name is Martina Christina, a sound practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and tantric & somatic coach, originally from Switzerland, currently travelling internationally.
A beloved of sound, movement, deep belly breaths, touch, sensuality and silence. My muses are the mystical and the sensual, felt realm of the underworld.
My intention is to create spaces and experiences that allow human beings to discover and remember their natural sense of aliveness and infinity. I offer embodiment practices and coaching to the aspects of our humanity that have been hidden, neglected and repressed.
At the core of my work is one aspect: making you feel.
Purity is the heart of love, the soul of existence.
My mission is to remind you of the purity of your own heart and the infinite power that lies within each of us. Because let’s be honest, a society that prioritises productivity and external success over feelings and inner evolution is no longer nourishing our individual nor collective experience on this planet.
Purity reminds us that we are all of the same heart, one heart.
The world’s wounds and imbalances are a mere reflection of our own wounds and imbalances. First, we have to rescue our own souls. We have to embark on the journey inwards to un-become who and what we thought we are, so we can embrace all that we truly are.

My story
What if we could change the world through our own liberation?
Born in a family that brought together ancient and natural wisdom, world culture, and entrepreneurship, I was set on my path from a very early age. Between attending meditation workshops, brainstorming ideas for changing the world, and spending time in nature, an innately intact understanding of the capabilities of the psyche, the interconnectedness of all life, and the spiritual realm developed. A true lover of truth, wholeness and freedom..
The path of initiation continued until the age of 12, when my greatest teacher and guide, my mother, passed away. With her death, my beloved full-time entrepreneurial dad allowed me all freedom, which my rebellious heart deeply yearned for. I started solo-traveling at age 15, moved to the Dominican Republic, explored the extremes of life, while simultaneously high performing in education and later, in business. My love language was freedom - always seeking more experiences and outer stimulation.
From the outside, everything seemed perfect. But underneath that smile and superficiality, my heart was yearning for more - more depth, truth and connection. Looking for love outside of myself, I jumped into relationships and situations that created deep pain and trauma in my body, mind, and spirit. At one point, I shut down completely: to spirituality, creativity, and life.
Whenever we cross the edges of the ego, we enter a space of limitless possibilities.
In my darkest moment, however, I started to remember and began turning inwards. Crying, moving, writing, breathing, unmasking and peeling off layer by layer back to the core of my being - for the only way through it is to feel it. Five years ago this journey of remembrance started, since then not a day has passed without my deep devotion to the spiritual path.
Working full-time in a high-performing environment while continuously nurturing my spiritual side and creating my soul-led business aside, I became a bridge between business and spirituality. Knowing both worlds from the inside out, my voice is a powerful tool to open up polarities and create a new paradigm of heart-centered leadership and empowerment.

Beginning of 2022, I decided to quit my highly promising corporate job to move into the unknown. Now, I am here: heart full of dreams, spirit full of trust and body in total surrender. Liberation feels so yummy...

Embodied heart-wisdom for modern times
As a lifelong student and little nerd, I attended several training, immersions, and courses in fields such as Eastern and Western Psychology, Sound Healing, Tantric Shamanic Arts, Earth Wisdom, Energy Work, Breathwork, Modern Meditation & Mindfulness, Feminine Leadership, Somatic Coaching and Quantum Consciousness. But most importantly, I integrated and embodied.
I am renowned for the depth of integrity and ability to communicate ancient wisdom in a grounded, empowering manner. My deep connection with the spiritual realm, ancient practices and modern lifestyle inspired me to combine these qualities to create a signature method that promote healing, transformation and the awakening of people’s potential..
